• Privileged to have had a 35 year teaching career which included six years teaching in central London, UK
• Enjoys gardening, writing, reading, travelling, spending time with family and friends, opportunities to be immersed in nature, and cycling 
• Shares her home with three rescue cats
• Active volunteer on local and national committees
• Passionate about supporting other survivors and educating about the effects of intimate partner violence, particularly on children
